I'm in for September. I feel like I'm finally getting the hang (habit) of this plan ... it has only taken me a year! Cutting out sugar altogether has made a HUGE difference!

three extra S days for a visit to my son and daughter-in-law (last saw them June 2015)
Monday 12th was red because I had ONE chocolate in a social situation - no regrets!
Tuesday 13th was two handfulls of salted peanuts right after dinner?!?!

-taking an S day on friday, the 2nd... there will be a big gathering of friends, costumes and all, and i want to drink a sugary coctail or two...
-5th - all 3 S's - 2 cookies, popcorn, seconds for dinner...
-14th - snack/half a meal: bread and cheese and some chips
-19th - 2 beignet balls at work
-23rd - gelato in italy
-27th - snack, a toast with mayo and tomatoes

Day 6: I was minding my own business, when assaulted by leftover Labor Day treats.
Day 7: Labor Day treats still hanging around.
Day 22: Sabotage! Beware of daughter bearing gifts!
Day 30: Daughter's family visited for dinner AND dessert.

LOL, yes, happy cake day to me ! I ended up having a green day on Friday (which is usually an S day for me), so I did end up trading days and only adding in one extra S for the weekend!
