Thanks Carol! Yeah, my son is very skinny...i should follow his example since he only eats when he is hungry and stops when he is full....he is a better example than his mother!

thanks Deb! They really are good (if i do say so myself!

) and all of thier songs are written by them...good to have my kids doing positive things in a world where a lot of teens just seem so lost.
