I have just discovered Podfitness.com. If you have an Ipod you can have your own personal workout mixed with your own music and personal trainer. I've been walking or riding my bike now for 10 days in the evening with my own private trainer on my IPOD. Its been great Even though, its 125 F here in Turkey, I'm still out there, bopping to my own music with an encouraging trainer telling
me to step it up to 2.5 etc. Its really pretty neat. Go try it for yourself. We need to exercise too to lose those unwanted pounds.
