I can't remember how I found this site, but after reading about the diet I ordered my book through Amazon and am supposed to get it Tuesday. YAY. Looking forward to starting this non-diet diet, but I have spent so much of my life counting calories and WW points in my head that I can't imagine NOT doing that anymore! Then again, if counting calories and points had worked for me long term, I would not be on this site encouraged by all of you who are enjoying the NO S Diet. :lol:

have been doing No S for about 4 weeks, it is amazing how when you follow these "simple rules" and focus on developing HABIT... years, and for some of us decades of what I genially refer to as "brainwashing" falls by the wayside ...

and that is VERY pleasant experience,
