Not at all.

I usually follow "glass ceiling" rules for wine (1-2 glasses), but that's more b/c it's better to indulge moderately.

Welcome to the club! I like wine with dinner, too!

Some of us here who think it's a good idea to contain one's drinking, use a system called "Glass Ceiling". You get two glasses of alcohol a day. (Nope, not a glass of everclear! Like a glass of wine or a beer! You know, a sensible drink).

But no, a glass of wine isn't going to hurt you, if you keep it to that one glass.
