Menfolk.

Just out of curiosity, how many of us here are menfolk? It's hard to tell from usernames alone.

It's a trick. Get an axe.

My unscientific sense was that it used to be roughly 50/50.

But woman's world significantly altered that balance.

Dude here. I've noticed more women onboard. I read, but don't always have time to post.

I remember a couple of fellas that posted on my first thread a while ago, but I haven't seen post since.

Do you think the estrogen scared them away?

PS. I'm female.

P.P.S That avatar? That's the Royal Doulton figurine named "Blithe Morning". See, one day I had to think up a screenname for one message board or another and pulling a blank, I looked up to the shelf above my then computer and saw the figurine that had been my grandmother's. I don't look like that and I've never ever worn a hoop skirt. I like standing in the wind, though.

Guy here. Maybe it's just me but it seems that the boards that are more woman than men are usually more civil than the all or mostly guy boards. I quit going to a few exercise boards because every time you posted a question you might get a few good answers but most of the responses were smart aleck in nature from guys trying their best to be jerks. I got tired of it.
