Basic ideas...
- For weight loss/control, eat breakfast regularly.
- Early is better (within an hour of getting up... which I barely make!), because sleep chemicals mask hunger symptoms. (I found that fascinating - potentially explains why some people "just aren't hungry" in the AM.)
- Include complex carbs and protein.
