I'm Back

Post by magme » Mon Nov 17, 2008 5:49 pm

Hi,

Today is my day 1 on NoS again.. I only was on it for a short 3 days the first time and fell off on the weekend.. It has been a real long time and my lost time was spent reading other diets.. not to smart I know .. but really I was looking for a quick fix.. that did not work.

The ball dropped this weekend so here I am getting my butt off the sofa and making me honest again.

My daily food intake is pretty healthy. I love to cook real fresh , real food.. nothing comes out of a box except for pasta.. lol.. but I eat to much.. and move to little.. and love to night snack..

So here I go.. :D

Welcome back, Magme!

No-s is a slow fix, I admit. But surprisingly pleasurable -- and it lasts.

This is a sincere question. How does one fall off over a weekend? Was it that you didn't pick up the habit on Monday?

Anyway, glad you are back.
