I am a sucker for infomericals. I watch them, then I go reasearch them and realize that a lot of them are scams... too good to be true.
There was an infomercial for the Air Climber on TV a few months back. It looked fun! Some people said it was crap, while others enjoyed it and lost weight. Instead of ordering through the tv and experiencing problems with billing and shipping, I found that Sports Authority had it in stock (so much for only available through this tv offer).
It was $100, with a 90 day return policy. I figured if I found myself not using it I will return it. It has not been 90 days yet, and there was a gap of use from the initial buy until now... but for the past few days, I have gotten on the thing and easily broke a sweat. It is fun. I think I am more motivated now the weather is changing to warm and I'm dedicated to No S and I know that you have to include some sort of exercise to burn off the belly rolls.
The Air Climber is a step machine. It counts the steps, time, and calories burned. It fits under my coffee table. There are workout videos that come with it and a healthy eating plan that makes a lot of sense and is easy to follow. I did 1050 steps last night while watching TV! If you get tired on it, you just have to slow down. It's almost effortless, but so effective!!!

i have had a variety of devices, have gotten bored with all of them. what is working for me is having a mat on the floor in front of the tv and some free weights. i free weight, stretch while watching the so-called news and then do some progressive relaxation. i also try to do a brisk walk whenever possible.
