Lemon Tahini Dressing
Very versatile, very good dressing

1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons EVOO
2 tablespoons sesame tahini
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 garlic clove
1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth, I have used a whisk.

Tweak the recipe to taste, I like to add a couple of roasted garlic cloves.

Also good on brocolli, chicken fish, pasta. Great in place of mayo.
This is NOT a diet, for me, it is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE

Sounds delicious. Would you add it to our thread of recipes so we can keep them all in one spot?

Homemade Buttermilk Ranch dressing is my downfall- I have trouble using the word moderation around my Ranch Dressing so I'm going to try yours and maybe I'll have more control! :)

Oh, that sounds fantastic. We usually just make a generic vinaigrette and add oregano and feta, but I get tired of that (DH, whose family is Greek, NEVER gets tired of it!).
