Hello - I am starting No S again today for the last time this is going to be my plan for life. I can do this. I love the feeling of doing what I should and not so many boundries that I dont' feel like I have to be different from everyone else. I see so many people losing weight and I ask how they have done it and 90% say "I cut out sweets unless special occasion then just a little bit" or "I cut down to one helping and no snacks" . ... so yes this is the plan that works.
I wanted to start October with a perfect HabitCal as my goal. So today at lunch I did well until I realized I had jello w/pineapple in it. I stopped eating it halfway through. Did I alreay have to put a red day???
Thanks
Carla

Jello with pineapple sounds like "Jello Salad". Not a really healthful salad, but salad nonetheless. And you didn't do it on purpose. So I wouldn't be seeing red if I were you.

I agree with Jan.
