New to board!
Hi! I have been nos'ing for the last couple of weeks, I really find it helps me to stay sane. I have done all sorts of diets. I have been succesful and have come down form 365 lbs to around 250 or 260 ish. And I am thinking about becoming a personal trainer. To teach and help other with weight problems. My main emphasis is on full body strength training about 2-3 times a week in a HIT style. Cardio I dont really do, I have a 1 1/2 old Mastiff that I walk 2-3 times a day. My job also keeps me active, I deliver furniture for a furniture company. So I am always lifting, walking or carrying something. The no's helps to concentrate on eating good, and not worrying about snacking all the time. My Father eats this way and is 60 years old and still has a 6 pack and does chin-ups.lol. So I am hoping this will keep me from going insane and not driving my self crazy.

Welcome in. I think you've pegged No-S: it puts the concentration on eating well and not fussing over every calorie, type of food, etc. Good luck!

Thank you! Very kinda welcoming! Yes I know how hard and frustrating it can be! I still am not where i wanna be! I am naturally big, come from farm stock..lol! I am 6-3 and 250-260 ish !! lol And am A natural enodmorph! very poor metabolism! So I really want to help others too! I feel it is my calling! I would love to help younger teens and such who are battling with weight! I swear it is the worse time to be overweight. Even if I had to volunteer to do it. But thanks again, very kinda words! Ps I just posted about my first SG workout! Sweated really good!!
