I'm back to NoS

After about a year of not posting, occasionally nosing, often following other diets for short amount of times, and sometimes just eating whatever and however much I want I am at an all time high weight (well technically down two lbs. off of my all time high weight established in October). I have revived a check in thread that I was using last fall.
To begin with my focus is just going to be on eating 3 meals a day, when I get that down I will work on the rest.
The over examined life ain't that great either.
