Dumbbell workout

Post by Brent_Corkins » Sat Dec 05, 2009 9:35 pm

Hi! I found this interesting article about The workout that Simone Waterson used to get Halle Berry and Pierce Bronson into shape for Die another day. I'm not big into celebrity workouts because I feel they tend to get unrealistic and way out of proportion for regular people, but after reading this article I really feel it would work great for regular people. I think I will put some shovelglove principles and just use dumbbells. Doing the upper body lower body for 14 minute in a circuit type set up. It seems really reasonable and like how it includes a lot of power walking. With just a little tweaking very easy to adapt too a everyday thing.

Looks like a reasonable and do-able program. There's no reason why this couldn't fit Urban Ranger walking and Shovelglove movements.
