Thursday was Xmas Eve. When dinnertime rolled around, I filled my plate once. Did not take seconds. Our fancy china has very small dinner plates. Much smaller than our everyday ones. Still, I didn't take seconds. When dessert came, I didn't take any. I felt so stuffed that I just didn't have room for it.
Xmas Day: The same story. I also have to note that by dinner time I was so tired that it felt like my fork weighed a ton! But-the holidays fell on a weekday, so I followed No S. I KNOW that holidays are S days, but it just didn't feel right.
This evening is Saturday, so I'll allow myself a piece of chocolate this evening. Tomorrow is Sunday, so I'll do something special.
Even though I didn't stuff my face all the time, I had a great Xmas!

I also found that I was really getting in to the habits after about a month. It surprised me. It helps that I grew up eating this way and that I've had success in the past eating this way, but I thought getting into the habits would be much harder.
