Our church held a "chocolate communion" (j/k) during the coffee hour after service. I ate too much, followed by a big lunch.
Ugggggghhhh. My body does not appreciate this level of indulgence, and wants me to know it. I'm getting the message loud and clear.
My only consolation is that I used to overindulge like this all the time, and was so out of touch with myself that I didn't realize how bad it felt.
Some lessons are less fun than others.
Uhhhhh... Valentine's....

I went to a pancake breakfast fundraiser yesterday and then nibbled on chocolate and such a lot of the day. It is now 9:07 a.m. PST, and I am not one bit hungry for breakfast yet. I'll wait until I am to eat. That's the way Mondays after indulgence are getting to be. I hope I remember that next Sunday.
