Back again

Post by Kit » Tue Mar 09, 2010 6:24 pm

Hello I am happy to be back. NoS'ing has worked in the past and I am sure as chips is chips (as long as they fit on my plate) that it will work again.

I have 2 coeliac children and one anaphylatic, so food rules are the order of the day in our house. The no S diet is such a blessing as it does not mean yet more special food, I can eat what the kids eat, and just get on with it.

So hello again, :) from a new high point. I am a bouncing buxom 102kg. (I'm not in the US and haven't a clue what that is in pounds!)

Kit :D

Welcome back, Kit!

I'm glad you're finding it easy to fit no-s in with your kids' dietary requirements -- the fact that no-s is sop compatible with other ways of eating is one of its greatest strengths.

Welcome, Kit! It's great you'll be able to simplify with NoS and eat the same as your kids. I wrote an article that covered food allergies, and one of the things the doctor I spoke with said is that its really helpful for the child with allergies if everyone in the family can eat the same food. That way, he or she won't feel different or left out. (You can see the full piece here, if you're interested: http://www.kiwimagonline.com/MomsMeet/m ... -your-kid/)
