I started No S two weeks ago, and I love it!!

I found that while in the beginning I would get very hungry between meals, now I don't. Wow, whoda thunkit??

I'm not saying it's been an easy two weeks. I did have a couple of red days in there, and my meals have been so large that I can't imagine having lost any weight, but I am sold on this. Thanks so much to Reinhard and all you folks at No S.
