For reasons I won't go into, I thought I was going to be having some light lunch at 1 and ate a small portion cottage cheese and fruit at 12:30, thinking I could virtual plate. Lunch didn't happen, and now I'm pretty darn hungry at 3:35 p.m. Not sure what to do. Got a client coming at 6, when I usually eat dinner. Anyway, just dumping here.
