The bit about granola bars tweaked my memory about some recent posts.

7/8 don't tempt me much.

But I do like fish. The risk/benefit analysis does still seem very much up in the air for now (and on balance, from what I can gather, with the fish).

Whoever came up with the concept of the "cereal bar" was brilliant -- a giant cookie with a halo.

I was recently trying to explain to my daughter what fig newtons were (we were reading about them in Beverly Cleary's "Ramona" books) and I told her "it's like a cereal bar, except much smaller" -- which upon reflection is disturbingly accurate.
