Bad Habits for Biggest Losers?
I saw this earlier today. It confirms my suspicion that what they do isn't necessarily healthy.

Are we surprised? We all, those of us that really work at this day in and day out, knew that this was not healthy and not a good example to be put out there for folks to try to replicate... and, once again, fail at losing weight! Thanks, wosnes, for bringing this to our attention. What a shame!!
I was watching a round table discussion on the weight problem in our country. the experts seemed to be at a loss as to how to get the junk foods to go the way of cigarette smoking. I'm thinking that taking the ads off the air for junk foods might be a good way to start! Kiddy cereals... Remember the ad, "Cream of wheat is so good to eat, yes we have it every day.."? I know, I know..big business will not let that happen..... sigh
