Excited for Saturday!

Post by talk at ya » Thu Jul 29, 2010 3:27 am

I know this is probably bad, but I'm reallly looking forward to Saturday this week. I have to go to a (really boring) class all morning, then work all afternoon tomorrow and friday, and I'm just not looking forward to these next 2 days. I just can't wait to go get a mocha frappuccino on my way to work Saturday!

Sorry for the random topic, but is anyone else with me??

Hi talk- Yes, I'm with you. I do floating S days, but I really look forward to each one as I've planned it, with great anticipation. I am learing to make the N days tasty and good so that I'm not too much in deprivation mode, but yes, the S days loom long and lovely on the horizon!! :D

Yes! I've been doing No S for ten and a half months, but I still look forward to Saturdays. My Saturday treat is almost always chocolate-covered almonds, and it's embarrassing to admit how many Saturdays find me up at 6:30 blissfully indulging.

I don't think there's a thing wrong, or even unusual, with anticipating a time to be able to treat and/or indulge yourself. In fact, I think there's something wrong with thinking it's wrong!

Hi :)
It's great to look forward to S days!! That's the whole point!! If you know you have a treat waiting for you, and that keeps you in line Mon thru Friday, then you are totally getting the beauty of NoS
And believe me, it really does taste better, when you know you earned it and deserve it!
Good for you!

Do little bears make poops in the woods? Of course we look forward to S days! It's all part of it. Enjoy.
