Hello!
I think if I read another diet book I'm going to throw up. I have had it! I am so sick of being obsessed with dieting. I am tired of worrying if a meal has too many carbs, calories, or fat grams.
I am going to give this plan a good solid 30 days. NO counting, no scales, no measuring.
I just want to be normal.

Welcome! I'm fairly new myself and in regards to normal this is a snip from my intro post -
Still loving the normalcy!I just have to say how much I love this. When I was eating breakfast on Monday it was so amazingly normal really I don't think I can truly put how I felt into words.
