After 3 Thanksgivings and 2 Christmas dinners I gained maybe 1 lb. So it was not my goal, but not to bad. I never felt deprived and really enjoyed my food.

I think thats amazing! I gained about 4 pounds over the holidays & I ate like a pig the whole time. I wish I had no s, I think it would have kept the weight gain lower.

That's great, Jelly! 1# isn't that much to correct, it will come off in no time. I'm working on 6# vacation wt that is really stubborn, but trying to concentrate on behaviour,not scales.
