Shift worker?

Post by MrsKitty » Mon Jan 24, 2011 1:14 am

Hi,

I've just read through the website and I am intrigued by the diet. One question though...

I'm a shift worker, so I work round the clock (8 and 12 hour shifts) and 2-3 weekends in six. Would seem unfortunate to 'waste' an S day when I'm working a weekend really, so would I be able to make my say 2 of my rest days in any given week S days, and juggle them that way, or is it more sensible to keep S days a week apart from each other, if you see what I mean?

Interested to hear from any other shift workers following the system.

Thanks

Sure, use your days off as S days.

Sure, why not use your days off as your S days, if you get two a week.

Just make sure that the boundaries around them are CLEAR and decided IN ADVANCE.
