			I needed something to stick on the fridge as a visual reminder
So I made a fridge poster thing in inkscape

Just dug out my old inkjet printer and after a 15 minute marathon of downloading drivers, finding power bricks and getting things setup... it's out of ink.
AAAAAGH!
So anyways I wanted to post a pic of my fridge with the cool poster on it bit it will have to wait. Here's a crappy screenshot instead.

Have a pdf as well if someone wanted it (and it's ok to share

)

			The poster looks great, but what a frustrating effort for you!
You might like to know that there is a No S Diet TM refrigerator magnet available:
http://www.cafepress.com/everydaysystems
which looks really good on my fridge, and as you say it is a useful visual reminder.
Be kind, for everybody you meet is fighting a hard battle.

			Nice project, but I find routine things in my visual space disappear.
When I've had a few more months of tame S days, I'll get the cup and flaunt it. I don't think I look good enough quite yet to have strangers or even most colleagues do more than give me a polite nod. Those who know me better know it's made a big change in me.
I wish I had a picture of myself at the higher weight. Oh, just thought of something Reinhard should advertise.
