I hit Onederland this morning. Weighed in at 198 with a weight loss total of 65-70 lbs after 14 months. No S & very small plates- it works. Just keep simple, one day at a time. This is the lowest I've been in 33 years. My health & mobility are amazing. I'm 66 yrs old & now feel like 40. Love this lifestyle.
