"I met my goal!" challenge

Gonna start this for reneew!

I challenge you to set a goal to meet by the end of the month and if you meet your goal, you get to declare your success to the world! (O.K. at least everyone who reads this thread.)

This is for anybody who needs encouragement and daily accountability. We will all keep tabs on each other. Think of this as your own little cheering section.

- Write down what your goal is at the top of your post and then update us as to how you're doing. It's O.K. to not post daily, but try to keep us updated. Accountability helps!

- *Remember* to only post once at the top and edit that first post all month. It's easier to skim-read and find each other.

- Please re-read that last one, some people don't get it.

- Monday we will continue posting at the bottom for encouragement and fun.

- This challenge is meant for all of us to give support, so let's try hard to do that.

- anyone can start whenever through out the month. The more ~ the merrier!

I am totally in this month! Gonna get back to the basics of vanilla No-S. Gonna focus on one habit per month. So this month I'm just working on my N days. Starting today, the 2nd.

11/21 - Success - Whew!! Struggled, but I made it!

Very happy to see this thread! I'm restarting NoS this month and I think this accountability will help me!! Began NoS on Oct. 13th of last year. I had several successful months and then.....well....my train derailed. :? But, I'm back and ready to go. My goal for this month is simply Vanilla NoS. It's not difficult. I just need to DO IT! I'm expecting that S days may be a bit wild to start, but that's ok for now.

Wow, I think a challenge from someone else besides myself might be just what I need! I'm doing vanilla. I will do this starting now'til the end of the month and have no more than 7 reds which will still be an improvement. :roll:

This is my first time and first month on NoS :) I'm going for Vanilla NoS with less than 4 Red days. I'm setting a reachable goal to keep me going!

11/1 - Success
11/2 - Success
11/3 - Success
11/4 - Fail - :( I had a low blood sugar and had sugar
11/5 - S Day :) went well for my 1st S day! I didn't go crazy and binge!
11/6 - S Day Another good s day :)
11/7 - My birthday :D S day! I enjoyed it :) I had some chocolate which my Fiancé got me AND I didn't feel guilty!
11/8 - Success After 3 S days in a row today was hard, but I'm going to go brush my teeth so I don't get off track!
11/9 - Success
11/10 - Fail I had a low blood sugar and it threw my whole day off :(
