OK so there is carrot cake at my work today and usually by now i would have easily downed 5-6 pieces. I have walked by it at least 10 times and said oh just one little bite but then i realized if i did that i would not be able to come on here and tell you all how very proud of myself that i did not have any!!! Is it ok to have veggie delite pizza thou?? I haven't done it yet but i'm thinking about it!!!

Veggie pizza? That sounds fine if it's part of a meal. I have pizza for meals quite frequently - and veggie is one of my favorite pizzas (minus the black olives..)

If you mean can you have veggie pizza for lunch or dinner, you're the one that gets to make that call. But not between meals!

Congratulations on conquering the carrot cake!
I like veggie pizza, too, especially with black olives and artichoke hearts. Eat as a meal, not as a snack, though!
