JUST GETTING STARTED I HOPE THIS IS THE END OF THE DIET GAME
I love exrecise if Ididn, t I would be 300lbs instead of 200 lbs I hope to be about 30 lbs less

This certainly can be the end of the diet game. Say hello to sane, sensible, satisfying eating. You can do this!

Read through the testimonial board and the sticky at the top of this forum entitled "NoS Catch phrase". They will both inspire you and give you an arsenal to fight against diet head when it threatens to derail you.
