Hello
I am a 17 year old female who is hoping to lose weight
![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
I am extremely short (4'11
![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
) and my body is very stubborn to lose weight and I really am tired of dieting. I am hoping to lose this weight once and for all here!!!
Are there any short members here like me? Maybe they can share their experiences with me?

Hi, I'm not really short, I'm 5'6, but I just wanted to say welcome.
I've only been at this about 6 weeks and have only lost 6 pounds so far, but it's pretty easy to follow. Hope you have success.

Hi Dina, welcome!
I'm tall nut read a lot of posts on this board. I suggest that you see how it goes with vanilla no-s (means NoS without any modifications) and after a few weeks assess whether or not you need to measure in smaller plates than tall people. I believe some people who consider themselves short have done this. See how it goes

I'm on the short side, 5'2", AND middle-aged, AND hypothyroidal, and find NoS to be just what I need. Check the testimonial board for my (and others) successes on our NoS journeys.
Welcome to sane, sensible, satisfying eating!
