New and happy...

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

New and happy...

Post by gourdly » Wed Apr 04, 2007 2:11 am

Hello all,

Just a note to say thanks. I've been swinging the sledgehammer for 3 months, NO-S-ing, and have continued a 5 mile walk-a-day habit. I've lost 14 lbs., and do one set SG with a 16 lb., one set 12 lb. hammer.

I feel great. It's like this stuff was custom designed for me.

Again... Thanks

Kevin

Good for you, Gourdly...

I'd love to lose another few pounds... I guess I have to add five miles of walking every day. =0)

Welcome, gourdly! It's great to have another triple system practitioner on board.

I'm glad it's working so well for you. Feel free (and encouraged) to pop in here now and then to let us know how it's going.

Reinhard
