Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Happened to see this article featuring a shot-loaded hammer that also can be plate-loaded.

I went to the StrongerGrip.com website but didn't see it there. There were shot-loadable Indian clubs and a variety of other grip tools.
