Hi guys, girls!
I've been shugging for the past 5 weeks (never yet missing a single workout, if I may say

At first I started shugging in the morning, before work. But sometimes, I missed the morning workout because I was running late - so I shugged right after I came back from work.
And then I noticed, that when I do my workout after work, it's more... effective? Well, I don't know - it seems like I do the moves stronger and faster. I am applying much more force to each move I make, sweat a lot more, and generally feel much more satisfied with the workout.
In fact, when shugging after work, I easily squeeze in another 2 sets of 21 of various movements in my 14 minutes (that's 84 reps total, if you count the fact that each set is done with both arms).
Perhaps that's because the body is already warmed up after a day's work, or something. Although I punch buttons on computers all day long.
Anyhow, I started to cheat - every now and then I would do my routine morning workout, and then do another one in the evening.
After a few weeks of that, I decided to move my regular workout to the evening, and if I'm not running too late in the morning, do another 14 minutes then.
Are two workouts a day better than one? I mean, is that in any way effective?
I remember reading about that you should give your muscles some rest after a workout to allow them to grow.
Your thoughts?
