I first read this article several years ago, forgot where I'd read it, spent years trying to locate it again online, and finally, recently did so. It's probably the most sensible and encouraging piece I've read on the subject, with good humor, frank honesty, and a J.R.R. Tolkien reference... what more could anyone ask? Enjoy!
