Reflect on what is giving you trouble with your self improvement system. Write a contract with yourself on a 4*6 index card. Record yourself speaking it. Listen to this recorded mantra every day.

Hello Reinhard-
I very much enjoyed listening to your recent Mantrafication podcast!

I plan to apply it to a challenge I am facing with cleaning up clutter, which has really gotten out of hand for me where I live.

At the end of the podcast you asked whether there are topics your audience might be interested in. One possibility is to provide your feedback on how much time per day is enough to build a habit, but not too much to avoid the temptation to skip the daily practice? For example, with shovel glove, your recommendation to do 14 minutes seems like enough time to get healthier but not to much time to be tempted to skip the workout due to a "not enough time" rationalization.

With my de-clutter challenge, for example, I am thinking 1 hour per day is too long of a personal commitment (I know from personal experience).
I think 2 minutes is too short. Perhaps the amount of time varies with the types challenges?
