Dear Reinhard!

Again a very useful piece of information! I follow the No S Diet since 7 years now. No Snacks and no Sweets are quite easy to follow for me, also the "No Seconds". BUT: my Plates are often a bit too big. Especially left-overs of my 2,5 years old daughter are a topic for me. I don't like to throw them away. So the "virtual plate" (it would have fit on my plate if it had been there in the first place..." is used quite often, which over time led to some real pounds gained...
I started stepping on the scale daily and made a Monthly Challenge: No left-overs. Also my plates became a bit smaller. Result: 1 pound down after 30 days. ;-)
