funny how things line up once you make a decision, because after setting up with four goals for the year
eating clean and low fat
daily exercise (yoga preferred, but using the stairs counts!)
daily contemplative time
daily outdoor time
I got thinking about ways to make them work for me on a daily basis. Four "resolutions" for a whole year? pfft. But then it hit me...a big salad, one a day with a meal, or as a meal, every day for just January. It fits in my "eating clean" category just nicely, and since I'm not that fond of salads, I know I won't do THAT every day this year...but for a month? Very doable. And I can continue with my plan for clean low fat eating once the salads are over. So that's my New Month Resolution for January.
Then I got to work and wanted to update my habitcal page, and then got to clicking around and found this podcast. ha! What a great way to go about making habits and doing good for myself. I'm sure a New Month Resolution for February will occur to me by the end of January.
