This is a huge success, I'm proud of you! Isn't it great to feel good about yourself after this? NICE!eschano wrote:Ooh, I'm delighted to spread the LAM ideasI hope lots of you come up with really fun things too that I will certainly copy!

Success - for the first time ever at an event-day I ate normally. Usually the stress of managing 45 people combined with the abundance of food makes me stuff my face. This time I stuck to NoS with the vodka exception and loved it! I felt so much better for it. Plus, work paid a cab home.

I know what you mean - I try to over complicate things when really it always works itself out. I think you are doing great - way to go![/quote]Seeing the same number on the scale for the third time in a row made me immediately go into diethead.

I really appreciate your input though!

YEAH! Really delicious, so I recommend it!
Really delicious, so I recommend it!Isn't that amazing - that even with all that, you MAINTAIN (you don't gain). That's awesome.eschano wrote:It's when I'm stretching the limits (extremely dense plates filled to the brim, unhealthy junk food for a whole week) or have a kind of red week that I maintain (!!!).
Just know that you can do it! Your habits are strong. There's nothing except old (stale!) habit influencing you to overeat and feel shabby. Don't let it push you around. As for tomorrow: really nervous about working from home. In the past these days have become big bingefests so I hope to stick to an N day this time instead.
