Welcome back! Curious to know what you will do if you do get hungry halfway through between lunch time and dinner time. Have you had experience with lasting from breakfast to dinner?
Sometimes two-meal says sound interesting to me, but it's never worked out consistently on work days. Might try it in retirement.
