Good Day. No issues in 3 meals 1 plate. Actually felt very good to eat 'normally.'

Good day. No issues 3/1. Dinner too much...at restaurant. Didn't finish...plate much bigger than home!

Oh dear...cookies...from the good baker at work....did not go crazy...but did eat 2 wee circles of sweetness with lunch. Darn the holiday season...She has masterminded a cookie swap at the office luncheon, why oh why did she bring these in today??? Of course, she did not force feed me, did not even offer beyond the 'I've put cookies on the table, enjoy...' I must take ownership of this lapse myself.
I am heartened by all the many, many folks on this board who have never had a month without an
