One option is to weigh yourself
only once per month or even less
(i.e. only weigh yourself when you
notice a difference in your body
or the way your clothes fit).
The other (rather obsessive)
option is to weight yourself
almost everyday and compute weekly
or fortnightly averages (requires
some use in order not to be
disheartened by an apparent
setback!).
