I started last Tuesday and I have found it insanely easy to avoid the S's.
I think it may be because I'm super busy getting ready for the holidays - not time to do anything. But I know that if I were not making a conscience effort, I probably would just think I'm hungry all day and be stuffing my face regardless.
I'm a wife and mom (almost 8 year old boy). I work part time and also homeschool my son, so I'm busy busy busy. NoS actually is helping because I don't have to spend all day scrounging the fridge because I think I'm hungry.
My first S days were a little idiotic - but I recognized immediately that the sugar was making me sick to my stomach. We don't normally have soda in the house but this past weekend we did and I kind of hoarded it

I have not tried shovelglove yet - I have actually been shovelling since we're in the middle of a winter storm
