Seems to tie in very nicely with NoS! It makes sense to me now that forming good habits is fundamental to forming a healthy relationship with food, but it never occurred to me before I found NoS. i just thought I needed to find the right magic diet to cure me. Turns out I needed to change my habits and the rest will follow!

Yep, I'm a 1974 baby Bluebell. You too? It took me until 41 to realize I needed a plan so I could act like a grown up around food LOL!! Or maybe the plan I needed was to learn how to revert back to being more of a kid around food again. I'm starting to think most grown ups have at least some food isses
