 This is for those serious and really enthusiastic people that want to do at least 21 days straight to get into the 21 (day) club... whether it's the first time for you or you're a repeater.   (Shyly raises hand)  Can I join?  I'm a newbie-joined up Friday 20 Nov.  I need all the incentive and motivation I can get.  I'm too heavy for my joints so it's very painful to be on my feet for more than 15 minutes at a time.  I currently weigh 201 lbs.  My doctor told me shrink or die.
