No S Diet Podcast Segment (Podcast = Internet radio)

Post by reinhard » Wed Aug 30, 2006 3:00 pm

http://www.healthhackspodcast.com/

Should also be in itunes, but I can't find it.

You can play it through your web browser by scrolling down a bit and clicking the little play arrow button labeled "hipcast."

I'm experimenting with re-releasing my segments as a separate podcast. Not sure if I'm going to stick with the feed I'm currently using, but I'll keep all podcast links here:

Very cool, Reinhard!

You clearly need some intro music for your podcast, if this is going to be a regular podcast..... heh heh. Maybe I can whip up something with some sledgehammer samples... hee.

Great job Reinhard! Advertise this like hell because I think it could help a lot of people. It will be fun when questions are posed on the No-S forum and we can reply, "listen to the podcast!"

By the way, for those of you who aren't ipod owners you can just listen to the MP3 file on you computer--click on it and see what happens.

The podcast was great. How often will you have new segments?

Thank you Reinhard for your re-enforcement, which came just at the right time for me. I'm thinking that this way of eating seems more like riding with a soft rein than a hard one! In any case, it's turning out to be an interesting ride.

Namaste, Rosemary.

We'll all someday say "we knew him when..." Great job. Let us know if you do more.

Where can I find the MP3 of the podcast? I looked on the everyday systems page and didn't see it.
Thanks, Monica

Glad you guys liked it!

I hope to do one a week until I run out of material.

James, thanks for the offer! May take you up on it... For now, you'll have to listen to the larger health hacks podcast for bells and whistles of any kind.

Monica, if you go here:

http://reinhard.libsyn.com/

and right click the

"pod" button

you can the "save link as" to download the mp3 file.

If you left click it it should just play in your browser.

New episodes of "health hacks" and "everyday systems podcast" are out. I did another segment on the nosdiet

Both are now in itunes.

Subscribe to one or both if you have a chance. Don't be shy about leaving comments in itunes! There's some critical mass to be built...

Great podcast, I have enjoyed listening to the ones I've heard so far. This is such a great explanation of what the No S Diet is. After reading through the information on the website and spending time on the message board, it is nice to experience the information through a different medium.

And I love Reinhard's voice and delivery. Now when I reread the book or the site at times, I hear him. It's fun.
