Hahah.. I like this one Rein!
I laughed when you said the line about Mr. Spock and the French..
LOL...
I'm really proud of you for doing these podcasts!
You seem to be enjoying yourself, and as usual, are very motivating and it's great to keep hearing these very logical and useful ideas as often as possible, to keep reinforcing them..
Thanks so much!
Hope you are having a good week leader
Peace and Love,
Deb

There is no Wisdom greater than Kindness
I really love your podcasts. Your tone is just right - like listening to a thoughtful, articulate friend thinking aloud.
This particular one reminds me of a sig line I used to use (no memory of where I stole it from):
Everything in moderation. Including moderation.
Which is the point behind the S-days, I think. Days when you CAN indulge... but over time, find you don't HAVE to...sometimes just knowing it's a choice is enough.
But not always.

Thank you, Deb and KCCC!
I do get a kick out of doing them.
I've been talking into a voice recorder now for years, just for my own personal use, so it's great to be able to turn this hobby, something I'd more or less do anyway, into something useful for other people (podcast on my autopodcasting habit pending).

Just noticed a nice little traffic spike and it seems to be due to a guardian article referencing the ideas in this podcast:
