I love the rationality of this. And thank you for turning the feeling of "being a failure "into just"having a failure".... Accepting it, moving on...I was truly struggling with the "grey matter" of turning an n day into an s day because of falling off plan my first time. That gave me all sorts of grey matter to try to deal with. Thank you for clarity. Much appreciated as I get back to my new normal. 🌀
