Book in San Francisco Bay Area

Post by Chrissy » Tue Mar 18, 2008 2:04 am

Wow!! I have finally found a plan I believe I can use to keep off the 100 lbs. I lost over a decade ago. I lost it at WW, but as a Lifetime member, I have trouble with 10-15 lb. "fluctuations." I had never heard of the No S Diet and saw the book March 15th in Walnut Creek, CA - across the bay from San Francisco, at Barnes and Noble. Thank you Reinhard!! :D

Chrissy,

Welcome!

Glad the book is now confirmed to be in multiple west coast locations and that people are actually noticing it in stores (it's such a wee little book in such a big fat section).

The no s diet is good for losing weight -- but it's great for maintaining (normally the really hard part). I think you'll be very happy with it. Best of luck and keep us posted,

Reinhard

I saw about 5 copies in the B&N in Campbell CA (South Bay). It really stands out in it's vibrant black/white with red.

I loved that I didn't have to read everything in it to get the point. I will probably go buy the book to support you but I liked that I didn't need to. :)
