Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

I have been using the GYMBOSS Timer for a few weeks now and have been extremely happy with the product. I have tried using different timers on my computer, the oven timer, or just trying to keep an eye on the clock, but I was never satisfied. This thing was made for workouts and has alot of cool features, but is simple to use. I personally use kettlebells for my workouts, but stick to the 14 minutes of Shovelglove. Thought I would pass it on.

Thanks!
My routine is simple enough that any old timer will do, but this looks cool for the more ambitious.
